Clearing for all Cantor Exchange Box Office Contracts is provided by the federally regulated Cantor Clearinghouse, L.P. ("Cantor Clearinghouse").

All Participants are protected by and subject to the rules of the Cantor Clearinghouse.

When Participants fund their accounts at the Cantor Clearinghouse, the funds are segregated and placed into a specially regulated account at Harris Bank, N.A.
