Cantor Clearinghouse, L.P. ("Cantor Clearinghouse") has been approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") as a registered Derivatives Clearing Organization. Cantor Clearinghouse will provide clearing services for all Cantor Exchange contracts.

All Participants will be protected by and will be subject to the rules of the Cantor Clearinghouse.

Participant funds deposited at the Cantor Clearinghouse will be segregated and placed into a specially regulated account at Harris Bank, N.A.
