Howard W. Lutnick is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cantor Exchange. He is responsible for providing the vision and overall strategic direction of the company. Mr. Lutnick is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P., and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BGC Partners, Inc. Mr. Lutnick serves on the boards of several prominent charitable organizations.

Richard Jaycobs
President & Board Member

Richard Jaycobs is President of Cantor Exchange and is a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for strategy, planning, and business development for the company. Previously, Mr. Jaycobs served as Chief Executive Officer of The Clearing Corporation (“CCorp”), and prior to that he was Chief Executive Officer of onExchange. Prior to onExchange, Mr. Jaycobs was Managing Director at the New York Cotton Exchange.

Andrew Wels
Compliance Director

Andrew Wels is Compliance Director at Cantor Exchange, and is responsible for surveillance and rule enforcement. Mr. Wels is also Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel of Cantor Fitzgerald. Prior to joining Cantor, Mr. Wels served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at TD Waterhouse Group, and prior to that he held senior legal posts at The Dreyfus Corporation and at Chase Manhattan Bank.

Nolan Glantz
Chief Operations Officer

Nolan Glantz is Chief Operations Officer of Cantor Exchange, and is responsible for all daily aspects of running the exchange including market operation, technical support and customer service. Previously, Mr. Glantz was Director of Information Technology at The Clearing Corporation (“CCorp”). Prior to CCorp, he was Director of Application Design at onExchange, and prior to onExchange he held various consulting roles at Sapient Corporation.

Melanie Gordon-Felsman
Vice President, Communications & Marketing

Melanie Gordon-Felsman is Vice President, Communications & Marketing at Cantor Exchange, and is responsible for creative and strategic marketing as well as all public/media relations. Ms. Gordon-Felsman has over 17 years of experience in leading campaigns, brand creation and corporate communications. Previously, she held senior communications and marketing roles with Reuters, Net2Phone, Deloitte & Touche and 3Com Corporation Canada.

James (Les) Walker
Chief Technology Officer

Les Walker is Chief Technology Officer of Cantor Exchange, and is responsible for technology vision, product development, release management, and technology infrastructure. Mr. Walker has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has previously worked as a Software Architect for CS/First Boston, State Street Bank, Wellington Management, and The Clearing Corporation.

Alex Costakis
Market Director and DBOR Specialist

Alex Costakis is Market Director and DBOR Specialist at Cantor Exchange, and is responsible for identifying films for listing on the exchange, monitoring film release schedules, and investigating industry trends. Previously, Mr. Costakis was Managing Director of Hollywood Stock Exchange (HSX.com) since 2001. Prior to joining HSX.com, Mr. Costakis was Manager of Research Sales at Shopzilla, and prior to that he was Senior Director of Consumer Marketing at Nielsen Claritas.
