The CFTC is currently engaged in a review of our Box Office Futures contract and deciding whether to allow trading in the contract. The review period is scheduled to complete on June 28, although they could possibly render a decision sooner than that.

As part of the review process, the Commission held a public meeting on May 19, 2010 to discuss the issues surrounding approval of a Box Office Futures contract.
